Yes. Once your reservation is confirmed, we bring the boxes straight to your door, already assembled and ready to pack — no flattening cardboard or wrestling with a tape gun. We'll work out a drop-off time that fits your moving schedule, and when your rental period is up, we come back and pick the empty boxes up ourselves. Delivery and pickup are included within our free 25-mile radius of Pennington; addresses further out have a small distance-based surcharge, which you can see calculated automatically in the reservation form below (or check your ZIP in the service area section above for a quick estimate).

In most cases, yes. Our standard rental runs 2 weeks, which covers the vast majority of moves from the first box you pack to the last one you unload — but moving timelines slip, closings get pushed, and unpacking always takes longer than you think. If you need more time, just reach out before your pickup date and we'll check whether the boxes are already reserved for another customer. If they're free, we're happy to extend your window; if they're booked out, we'll help you plan the pickup so you're not stuck sitting on empty boxes you no longer need.

Every box is inspected, cleaned, and sanitized between rentals before it ever gets loaded back onto the cart — the same box never goes straight from one customer's home to the next without being washed down first. Plenty of our customers pair us with a moving company or a few friends with a truck; the boxes are lightweight, stack cleanly, and have built-in handles, so they're easy to load whether you're doing it yourself or handing the job to movers.

Yes. Our reusable plastic moving boxes are 27-gallon bins, sometimes called totes. They come with snap-tight lids, built-in handles, and a rolling cart.
